“Consultant arranging and managing national and European funding”

The core business of the firm lies in all phases of the project, namely the entire process of supporting project leaders:
– Search for targeted funding opportunities,
– Assembly of the project financing file to maximize its chances of success
– Administrative and financial management of the project in order to secure it
– Training in national and European funding
Type of clients: associative structures (competitiveness clusters, clusters, etc.), companies (start ups, SMEs, large groups, etc.) and public structures (laboratories, universities, communities).

Your mission :
You join a young and dynamic team, you will be in direct contact with managers and elected officials and your role will be to advise them on their financing strategy. As such, you will be responsible for the following activities:
• Regulatory monitoring and on financing counters and adequacy with the client's project
• Assembly of individual and collaborative projects: Structuring of the project, search for adequate counters, support for writing, tools, construction of the budget, verification of administrative and legal elements;
• Project management: support for agreements, participation in project meetings, organization of monitoring, monitoring tool, financial reporting;
• Training animation: not mandatory, but can be a plus
Your profile :
You have a master 2 with training related to European studies, or an engineer
You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in setting up and/or managing innovative projects (ERDF, ESF, H2020, BPI, PIA, PSPC, etc.) and a good knowledge of financing mechanisms.
Expected skills:

– Very good knowledge of Excel
– Fluency in oral and written English is required (working language with some clients).
– Ability to report, analyze, write, communicate and synthesize.

Remuneration: 32k€ to 42k€ depending on experience
